Zondoma: At the end of the regional competitions which took place from September 12 to 13, 2025, in Ouahigouya, 31 wrestlers were selected to defend the colors of the province of Zondoma at the National Culture Week (SNC) in Bobo Dioulasso.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Zondoma province participated in the Regional Culture Week (SRC) held in Ouahigouya under the leadership of the Governor of the Yaadga Region, Thomas Yampa. The province competed in the performing arts and traditional sports with a team of 37 wrestlers from all categories. Ultimately, 31 wrestlers qualified to represent Zondoma at the National Culture Week, which will commence in April 2026 in the capital of Guiriko.
Additionally, the province excelled in other cultural domains, securing 2nd place in popular choirs with the Relwende troupe from Guiri Guiri and achieving 3rd place in slam with performer Inoussa Bagaya.
