It was announced this Tuesday that the works for the installation of the Technological Park, in Praia, should be completed by the beginning of the first quarter of 2023.
The prediction was made this Tuesday to Inforpress by the chairman of the board of directors (PCA) of the Technological Park, Carlos Monteiro.
“Due to the crisis impacting the country and the world, namely the covid-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, there was a slight delay in completing this work, knowing that some raw materials for construction come from Ukraine. In addition, due to the complexity and structure of the work that requires time”, he explained.
With this infrastructure, according to the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Technological Park, it is intended to boost Information and Communication Technologies, positioning it as a “second anchor” of economic development in Cape Verde.
