The practitioners and lovers of water sports in the Netherlands had, in recent days, the opportunity to discover the potential that Porto Novo, Santo Antão, presents in terms of beach volleyball, during the sports trade fair.
Porto Novo, according to Inforpress, was represented through the promoters of the Cabo Verde Beach Volleyball project, which is being built in this municipality, more precisely in the bathing area of Curraletes.
The presence at this sports trade fair in the Netherlands, which took place in Gorinchem, was possible thanks to the cooperation relations with Beach Sport Nederland, as informed by the promoters of Cabo Verde Beach Volleyball, which, by the end of 2023, will begin to receive international events.
“In September (2023) you can also go to Cape Verde. Our first guest is Arnoud Wildschut, from Beach Sport Nederland, who will have the task of placing the fields in Cape Verde”, informed the promoters of Cabo Verde Beach Volleyball.
