The Minister of Communities said Thursday in Mindelo that the Government has created an ecosystem to attract external investments by pointing to legal certainty, fiscal predictability and good governance” as assets of this ecosystem.
Jorge Santos gave this guarantee when speaking to investors and entrepreneurs during the opening of the 9th edition of the fair of activities linked to the sea (Expomar), which started today in Mindelo.
According to the Minister, one of the most positive aspects of Cabo Verde is this ecosystem of attraction that allows something fundamental, which is the legal certainty of investments and the fiscal predictability of the country itself.
“Our country has its own characteristics. First of all, it is a country of peace and tranquility and it is also a predictable and secure country, where good governance is made and the secret of good governance is the alternation of power that gives us consistency and political stability, in this way we create a business environment proper to your investments”, said the Minister to entrepreneurs, aking them to invest in Cabo Verde.
