The Fladu Fla theater company performs from 18 to 23 this month, in Praia, the sixth edition of the Atlantic Theatre Festival (Festa)-Tearti, under the theme “Contra Mar e Vento”, involving nine shows, six of which premieres.
The event will have theater groups representing Cabo Verde, Angola, Brazil, Morocco and Portugal, and in addition to scenic works, the opportunity will be used for theater workshops, in the Ildo Lobo Palace of Culture and in the Cidade Velha, including topics such as body and improvisation, communication and expression, dramatization, dramatist writing and excursion.
The sixth edition of the Atlantic Theatre Festival “opens the curtains” on Tuesday, the 18th, in the Portuguese Cultural Center Auditorium (CCP) of Praia, with the premiere of the play “Inquieta Revolução”, award of the third edition of the National Dramaturgy Competition, promoted by the CCP in Cabo Verde.
Among the premieres stands out, the play “Fitisera di Lingua” by the playwright Ano Nobo.
