Escola Polivalente Cesaltina Ramos (ESPCR), at Praia, is implementing a pilot project of professional training for young people outside the education system.
The information was given to Inforpress by the director of ESPCR, António Tavares Afonso, in the week in which the institution is holding the Technical Way Week, this year under the slogan “Arts, Science, Services and Technology”, which takes place from January 30 to February 4.
“The idea is to train young people who neither work nor study, the neither-nor generation, with professional training in the areas of electronics, electricity, civil construction, plumbing, graphic arts, refrigeration and air conditioning, design, accounting and management, which can be of short duration or any other level”, he explained.
These courses, explained the person in charge, are intended for students who, for one reason or another, or also because of failure, have dropped out of school.
