Portugal: Equatorial Guinea concludes the ratification process of the Agreement on Mobility between CPLP Member States

Equatorial Guinea concluded the ratification process of the Agreement on Mobility between the Member States of the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP), with the deposit of the document at the organization’s headquarters in Lisbon.

In an informative note, the CPLP states that the deposit of the instrument of ratification was made last week by the permanent representative of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea at the organization, Tito Mba Ada, who was received by the Executive Secretary of the CPLP, Zacarias da Costa.

With this ratification, the nine Member States (Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste) concluded the process.

The Mobility Agreement between the CPLP Member States was signed on July 17, 2021, in Luanda, Angola.
