Oti Regional Minister calls for unity in NPP to snatch Nkwanta South Seat


Deputy Superintendent of Prison (Rtd), Daniel Machator, the Oti Regional Minister, has urged supporters of the NPP in the Nkwanta South Constituency to work tirelessly to capture the parliamentary seat from the opposition NDC.

He urged them to set aside differences and collaborate towards victory in 2024.

DSP Machator also stated that unity and hard work would underscore the NPP’s determination to wrestle control from the opposition.

He also believed that the NPP could secure a crucial victory in the Constituency, which would contribute to the party’s overall success in the 2024 elections.

‘With the right mindset and collective effort, the party can achieve its goals and bring the needed development to the people,’ he said.

Madam Sherifa Sekyere-Tijani, the Nkwanta South Constituency Parliamentary Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), also called on the supporters of her contender during the parliamentary primaries, Mr Joshua Makubu, former Oti Regional Minister to put their differences aside and
join her fight their major opponent, which is the NDC.

Madam Sekyere-Tijani, the Deputy Managing Director of State Housing Corporation, won her portfolio with 478 votes against 307 votes secured by her contender, Mr Makubu during the primaries.

The party supporters present at the gathering also pledged their support for victory in 2024.
