The Minister of Justice said Thursday that her Ministry has received several complaints and it is giving treatment, so that next year can ensure the provision of a better service in the sector of Civil Registry and Notary.
These statements were made on the sidelines of the closure and delivery of certificate of the training provided to the of the Registers, Notary and Identification employees, in the City of Praia.
“There are several complaints we have received, we are giving treatment, but this also helps us to work on what is the reform of the sector. This is what we are working on, we believe that next year we will have a better service”, he assured.
According to argued, when people go to the Registry or Notatory it is because they need something, it is necessary to prepare the workers, employees so that they can have the good way in the service, to also seek as far as possible to solve the problem of the user.
