Leraba: The provincial director in charge of Primary Education in Leraba, Souro Sanon, conducted a supervisory visit on Monday, September 15, 2025, to oversee the administrative start of the school year within his jurisdiction. He urged teachers to work together in a unified approach to achieve better results for learners.
According to Burkina Information Agency, September 15 marks the administrative return to school in Burkina Faso. On this occasion, Souro Sanon initiated his oversight activities in the province of Leraba to ensure that all systems are operational ahead of the official start of classes on October 1.
During the initial phase of his tour, Mr. Sanon participated in a management meeting held within the Basic Education District (CEB) of Sindou. The meeting, attended by school principals and presided over by the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB), Emmanuel Sourabie, served as a platform for the provincial director to express his appreciation for the ongoing efforts of education stakeholders in maintaining academic performance in Leraba.
Mr. Sanon called on teachers to exhibit dedication, resilience, and commitment in implementing the current reforms initiated by the supervisory ministry. He emphasized the importance of resilience and initiative among educators to ensure the continued efficacy and improvement of the education system for the benefit of all children in the province.
