The Agostinho Neto University Hospital received this Wednesday from the Austrian Association (COSMAS) a set of equipment for emergency and orthotraumatology services, so it is now possible to perform imaging tests for patients admitted in the Intensive Care Unit.
The information was announced by the chairman of the board of directors, Imadoeno Cabral, during a press conference held in that hospital to take stock of the 21-year COSMAS mission in Cabo Verde and for the official delivery of donations.
“We are witnessing the reception of equipment of capital gains and other specialties for the ICU, the emergency services, but also for the orthotraumatology service.
“From today it is possible to perform imaging tests to patients admitted in the ICU who initially had to go with these patients for radiology service”, said the responsible.
