Cabo Verdean international Zé Luís will represent Hatayspor in the Turkish first league after half a season at Saudi Arabia’s Al Taawon, reports Wednesday’s edition of the Abola newspaper.
“Zé Luís, former FC Porto striker, having also represented Gil Vicente, SC Braga or the Russians from Lokomotiv Moscow and Spartak Moscow, was announced on Wednesday as a reinforcement of Hatayspor by the Turkish club,” reads the sports newspaper Portuguese.
The 31-year-old forward was without a club and signed as a free agent for one season, one more option.
Born in the Island of Fogo, the footballer, who in Cabo Verde represented Académica do Fogo, has 18 caps and three goals scored by the national team.
