Security forces in Dschang have detained a man suspected of killing his wife. Foulefack Christian, a lecturer at the University of Dschang, allegedly murdered his wife on May 13 and then announced her death on social media to conceal his crime, according to sources. Christian, who claimed to have found his wife dead upon returning home on May 13, became the primary suspect due to previous reports of domestic abuse. Competent authorities conducted an autopsy as part of an ongoing investigation, leading to Christian's arrest in the early hours of Friday, May 17. He is currently being held at the central police station in Dschang. Reports indicate that the deceased, Dontsa Blanche, was also a lecturer at the university and had been subjected to abuse by her husband, who is also a leader of a political party.
