Brava: Organization makes “positive balance” of the grouper festival

The organization of the grouper festival held this Sunday in Fajã d’Água made an “extremely positive” assessment of the event, highlighting that it managed to meet the objectives set and the public contributed to the result.

Speaking to Inforpress, Cátia Delgado, cheff and manager of the Espaço 7 Restaurant, one of the promoters of the event said that they started the activities around 1PM and even with rain there was a “greater participation” of the Brava population, and the dishes prepared sold out around 6PM.

According to the same source, when they started the event, they began by presenting the groupers, where the Biflores staff, another partner promoting the event, made a small presentation about the fish to be used, how fishing was done, the size and other topics related to the legislation on grouper fishing.

According to the cheff of the Espaço 7 Restaurant, the dishes that would be made were also presented and the orders did not stop until the amount of fish available for this event had exhausted.
