Bill establishing special regime for the INIDA workers retirement is voted Friday

The Bill establishing the special voluntary early retirement regime for the National Institute for Research and Agrarian Development (INIDA) workers, who opt for early retirement is voted this Friday, the 25th.

The proposed law covers workers who, as of 31 December 2020, have completed 55 years old or, alternatively, 25 years of service.

Employees entitled to early retirement receive a 20% bonus on their service time, up to a limit of 25 years.

The bill says that the amount of the early retirement pension is corresponding to 100% of the net remuneration received by the worker on the date of retirement.
