The information was announced on Tuesday by the deputy executive director of the German-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Paulo Azevedo, at the end of the 7th German-Cabo Verdean Energy Symposium, which marked the beginning of the business mission focused on energy efficiency, including renewable energy in buildings in Cabo Verde.

As informed, the event, held on the digital zoom platform, was an opportunity to foster dialogue with exchange of experiences, presentation of solutions, always for what are the mutual benefits of both sides, whether of supply and demand.

“We know here solutions on desalination, photovoltaic heating, storage, lighting, until we get to the point of waste management with energy use and all these solutions, we understand today that they are in line with the objectives and strategies outlined by the country for this so-called energy transition”, he said.
