The president of the Association for the Defense of the Environment and Development (ADAD), today called on the City Hall of Praia, Government and citizens to took their responsibilities so that the capital of the country is a clean and healthy city.
Januário Nascimento, who spoke to Inforpress about a cleanup campaign that ADAD promotes this Saturday, the 17th, as part of the World Cleaning Day, celebrated this Saturday, considered that, at this time, the municipality of Praia goes through a major sanitation problem and no one should pass next.
“The City of Praia is going through very difficult times and we take the opportunity to hold not only the City Hall and the Government accountable, but also the citizen who has to be aware and help the City Hall of Praia using good practices”, he said.
Being ADAD an association for the environment can not remain impassive to this great sanitation’s problem, but also of public health where everyone should be involved and to took their responsibility.
