The Union of Transport, Communications and Public Administration (Sintcap), in Sal, considered this Tuesday “unacceptable” the delay of 20 months for publication of the transition nominal list of INMG employees.
The dissatisfaction was expressed this afternoon in a press conference, by the president of Sintcap, Maria de Brito, according to her, the ordinance that supports the Career and Salary Positions Plan (PCCS), published in January 2021, provides 10 days for making available the list for consultation and 15 days for complaints.
“It is unacceptable that after all this time the nominal list has not yet been implemented. It is not clear why the process drag so long”, criticizes the unionist, stressing that this delay constitutes a “total disregard and disrespect” to the National Institute of Meteorology and Geophysics (INMG) workers.
Maria de Brito stressed that, in the midst of this uncertainty, some employees who have already reached the retirement age limit have not yet applied for the pension, because they are waiting to see the situation resolved.
