The Government is creating “a new funding line” to support young people with technical assistance and interest subsidies, allowing them access to financing for their projects at a lower cost, Pró Empresa announced on Wednesday.
Pró Empresa, through a press release, explained that the new financing line, whose amount has not been specified, aims to create “market-level opportunities, with more regulation and more inspection”, so that operators can “undertake in a framework of normality and healthy competition”.
From this Wednesday, and for two days, Pró Empresa promotes in Santo Antão meetings with economic operators to focus on preparing for the resumption of economic activities and presentation of incentives and support to entrepreneurs to facilitate the recovery of the economy in this island.
Created four years ago, Pró Empresa said it has been betting “on the granting of a set of incentives” to economic operators, “focused on the development of business ideas, especially innovative, as well as the qualification of entrepreneurs”.
